Terms of service.

The short version of what you agree to when you use Shuttrr.

1. The agreement

By using Shuttrr, you agree to these terms. Shuttrr provides AI-powered photo editing tools on a credit-based pricing model: 1 credit per generation, 5 credits to upscale to 1K, 2K, or 4K.

2. Your content is yours

You retain ownership of all photos you upload and all AI-generated outputs. You may use generated images for both personal and commercial purposes.

3. Credits & limits

Credits are non-refundable once spent on a generation (failed generations are automatically refunded). Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Daily usage limits apply to every plan to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, CSAM, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. No warranty

Shuttrr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
